Some still don't grasp how a guy of only 30 years has accomplished so much in his 13 year career ! And no, although he doesn't act it, his mum tells us he IS indeed 30.
After graduating at Perth's Academy of Radio, Grant moved from Network Image Producer and station voice for WAFM's regional network, to Network Image Producer/Hot 20.com announcer at HOT FM/Radiowest, then to 92.9/Mix 94.5 as head of production, finally becoming one of Austereo's Production Directors. Big gig!
Grant has a passion and unstoppable drive to be the best at what he does. (Just ask anyone who's worked with him about his fierce pursuit for precise mixing and absolute audiophile sound quality!)
His production forte? Well, if there was just one, it could be summed up in a word. WOW. Grant is brilliant at taking a simple concept and making it sound simply amazing. BIG sounds, EPIC production values, PASSIONATE creativity.
Grant Stevens. A name where the first and last could so easily be swapped around and it would still sound reasonably normal :)
When Tony was born, there was a huge earthquake on the other side of the world. Although this had nothing to do with his becoming, it does make for interesting conversation.
His career has carried him around the nation to stations such as TripleM, 96fm, Hot91, Vega953, 2DayFM, SAFM and now PUNCH!
You ask about his unique production style? Well, it's been called hot, quirky, quick witted and sometimes twisted. As for his personality, he's a bit boring - which is a surprise to some people.
Tony. Ask for him by name. He'll recognise it instantly.
Usually only called Clinton by his mum when he's in trouble, CJ has a passion for production! Often spending far longer then most finessing an edit or mixing and then remixing promo, its CJ's attention to detail that sets him apart.
A Queensland born and bred boy, CJ's work has carried him to many stations including 4GC/Hot FM, 4LM, 4AM, 4HI, 4GR/CFM and then further south to 2GF/104.7 Grafton & i98.
CJ's production strength is music. He knows the name and artist of almost every track ever released (who sung Axel F and what movie was it from CJ?) and if he's looking for an alternate or acappella mix of a track for a promo he's building, just don't get in his way!
Clinton James. Or James Clinton. Whatever suits. We just call him CJ.
Tiff has some serious audio mojo going on!
Seriously.
Never has there been or will there be a more passionate, crazy, dedicated and creative producer. In fact she's so crazy, she has an audio waveform tattooed on her arm! Seriously!
Tiff is a breath of fresh air in an age of 'blandness' and 'predictability'. She's often been seen posting on Facebook 'I'm at work in my audio lab, just experimenting with some cool sounds - and I'm loving it!' And we love it to.. Tiff brings a real freshness to PUNCH.
With experience at 4BC, Bay FM, HotFM/Star FM Albury and Hot91, Tiff started her radio journey not long ago and has grown to be a superstar in just a few short years.
Her strength? Well, apart from the fact she could beat almost any boy in an arm wrestle, Tiff is a freak for beats! If its got a beat, she'll mess with it and create something totally unique that really packs some PUNCH :)

Born with a guitar in his hand, Gavin is a musical genius!
Gav heads up the music/jingle production part of PUNCH, and is a real weapon in the studio! From a single ukulele & vocal to a full-on hard core rock band, Gavin can compose, programme, record and produce anything you can imagine!
Untouched by the 'generic radio' brush - Gavin is passionate about producing material that sounds more like 'songs' and less like plastic, cheesy jingles that often get touted as 'cutting edge'.
With access to great session players from Melbourne and top shelf session vocalists from around the country, Gavin has a wealth of creativity and talent at his fingertips, and coupled with the other producers at PUNCH, his work must simply be heard to be believed.
